Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and features a key detailing distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.
